Junion Secretary - Requests sunction to the transfer of that partion of land which has to the East of the Sooburnreeka River and is at present with in the jurisdiction of Balasore in the province Cuttack to the Zillah of midanapore making the Sooburnreeka River the boundary of the two districts.
