Publishing that under the Provisions of Act No.XXI of 1836 the Honble the President in Council sanctions the transfer of that portion of land which lies to the East of the Soobunreeka River and is at present within the jurisdiction of Balasore in the province of Cuttack to the Zillah of Mednapore, making the Soobunreeka River the Boundary of the two Destricts.
