In continuance of notification of the 27th July last publishes the following extract from the proceedings in the Financial Department No. 7443 dated 25th December 1858 rules that in the case of indows of all officers below the rank of field officers who have last all or nearly all them property in the mating a donation shall be given to the indow equal to what whould have allowed to the burbond.
