From Commissioner Tenasserin & Martahan Provinces - With reference to office Memo dated 6th July with enclosures explains the circumstances attending Captain Mans delay in his departure from those Provinces to join his appointment in the Straits Settlements & reports that beyond the few days required for inducting Captain Sankey his success into office, there was nothing that should have kept Captain Man at Moulmein after he was releived.
