From Governor (Mr. Blundell) - With reference to Government orders published in the Gazette of the 18th July, reports his arival in Calcutta on leave of absence & that he made over charge of the office of Governor to Col. Cavenagh on the 8th Ultimo - Applies for 2 months leave of absence from that date preparatory to retiring from the Service.
