The Honble E. A. Blundell, Governor of the Straits Settlements has leave of absence for one month to # Calcutta preparatory of resigning his office. Coll. Orfen Cavenagh 32rd B. No. 9 to be Malacca from the date of Mr. E. A. Blundells vacating that office. Coll. Cavenagh will officiate as Governor during Mr. Blundells absence on leave.
