Read a Despatch No. 106 of 1859, dated the 4th November from the Right Honble the Secretary of State for India, intimating. - Para 1st - That the undermentioned Civil Servants of the Bengal Establishment have been permitted to return to their duty Vizt. The Honble R. A. J. Drummond, Mr. W. Roberts, Mr. W. Edwards, Mr. M. H. Court, Mr. W. C. Morre, Mr. H. Lushington, Mr. W. B. B. Harvey, of the Col. Mint Depatment Mr. H. F. Andrews 2nd Assistant, Home Department. Para 2 - That the Honble R. Durmmond, and Mr. E. H. Anson, of the Bengal Civil Establishment have been granted extension of leave on Medical Certificate for the Periods of three and six months respectively. Para 3 - That H. C. Willack, of the Bengal Civil Establishment, has been granted an extension of leave for three months, on private affairs, this extension will be without pay, and will involve the loss of Mr. Willacks appointment.
