From Secretary - Submits papers & recommending that in consideration of the retransfer to their rightful owners of certain Estates, out of the several which had been conferred on Rajah Teckum Singh of Moorsan in the Allygurh District as a reward for services rendered by him during the Mutiners a yearly allotement of Rs. 6000 of the assessement on the Rajahs Zemindaree Estates, be granted for two lives to take effect from 1st July 1858, date of despossissions of the Estates which with the possession now remaining to the Rajah of these conferred on him & yielding a profit of 4000 Rs. will make up to him the original assignment of land yielding 10,000 Rs. a year.
