Read a Despatch No. 110 of 1859, dated the 8th November from the Right Honble the Secretary of State for India, requesting that the Right Honble James Wilson may be called upon to pay into the Treasury the authorized fee of Pound 95 on his appointment as Fourth ordinary Member of the Council of the Governor General of India.
