To Secretary - Expresses gratefication at the efforts of the Revrend Mr. Lewis for promoting the education of the Lynteeach and cossyah still Tribes and with the view of differing knowledge among the cossyah and other still Tribes is of opinion that assistance would be more usefully afforted by the conditionul grant of a small monthly allowance of money to be eapeuded in the promotion of secular instrucion then by affonding it in the from of salarieal teachers on by dispaying a part of the cost of transtating and printing Books.
