Acting Chief Secretary - In reply to letter of 10th Ultimo forwards a letter from the Commander of Custums salt 10 per month and of a memorendom of remarks on the instructions of the court of Director relative to the preposation of returns of external commerce a copy of the above has been furnished to the Honble Court with a request to be favored with instructions on the subject.
