Secretary - With reference to the reductions ordered in the Establishment of the College - Proposed that Dr. Carey be pensioned. Captain Prices services retained until his attainment of Regimental Majority. that Captain Onsley and Leiutant Todd be appointed regular Examiners and that the Reverand Mr. Proctor be readmitted Extra Examiner on removal of Captain Price, that Establishment neccessary under the new plant of Friction removing Native Officer to be allowed Pensions or such gratuity as Government may consider them entitled to.
