With reference to the contract entered into by the Bengal Government with Messers S. Smith & Co. for the exceution of Government printing work directs that all Public Officers, under the India Government at the Presidency Employ no other Printing Establishment for the execution of Government work, and as a guide to all such Public Officers the Rules passed by the Bengal Government is Published.
