Read a Despatch from the Honble Court of Directors no. 108 of 1856 dated 5th Ultimo intimating that Messrs F. C. Loch and J. S. Campbell had been permitted to return to their duty on the Bengal Civil Establishment and that Messrs S. J. Bocoher and W. D. Hagore Routt had been allowed extension of leave on Medical Certificate for 3 month.
