Foreign Department - State with reference to Resolutio no. 1198 of 21st September 1855 that the G. G. in C. considers th preparation of an annual Report of the Transactions of Government in the Foreign Department necessary and inexpedient and direct according by that such portion of the Resolution as requires the preparation of the Report be cancelled.
