Secretary - In reply to letter of the 23rd Ultimo states that the periodical Reports fo passes granted by the Chief Magistrates of Calcutta for the exportation of arms aurmuriction etc have bnot been regularly furnished to his office & are not submitted now forwards copy of commn from the officiating Commissioner of Police on the subject.
