To Secretaries Madras & Bombay - In continauation of letter dated 30th March 1855 transmits copy of Courts Legislative Dispatch No. 14 of 1855 dated 19th December and requests that the Protector of Emigrants be instructed to notify that Emigrants serving the full period of ten years in British Guiana will not be required to construct towards their return passage.
