Read a Despatch from the Honble Court of Directors no. 4 of 1857 dated 2nd January transmitting 100 Copies of a Notification relating to an Examination of candidates for the Civil Service of the E. I. Coy. to be held in July 1857 and desiring that publisity be given to the same.
