To Secretary - Forwards copy of a letter from the Commander of the H.C. S.F. Punjab together with a copy of the list of stores Arms etc therein alluded to & states that these article has been furnished in consqee of orders from the Government of India directing the employment of a portion of the officers & crews of the reports of the I. N. on detached duty on shore.
