Grant of a special acting allowance of Rs.100 a month to Mr. W. S. Viney from the 11th October 1918 to the 8th January 1919, during which he performed the duties of Executive Engineer, Port Blair, and authorization of the grant of acting allowance at the same rate to him whenever be officiates as Executive Engineer Port Blair.
