Proposed grant of an acting allowance of Rs.70 per mensem to Mr. Minto, Assistant Manager, Goplakabang and Kalatang Tea Gardens, Port Blair, for the period he officiated for Mr. King, Manager of the Tea Gardens at Port Blair. Waiving, as a special case, the recovery of the amount of the acting allowance over drawn by Mr. Minto for the period from the 9th May to the 16th July 1904.
