To Secretary - In continuation forwards copy of a Correspondence with the Bengal Government on the subject of the arms act requests that the prarrions of sec. 12 to 23 inclusive & of sec. 36 be brought at once into operation also calls for the views of that Government as to whether any further steps should be taken to give effect to the act.
