Secretary - Proposes that instead of forwarding as at present the first copies of all dispatches for the perusal of the Government before they are sent to the Honble Court in future the triplicate of all dispatches may be forwarded for perusal and simultaneously with the transmission of the frist and second copies to the Honble Court.
