Secretary-Reports that an arrangement has been concluded for the convenyance of the # by contract in Pursed Mail Carts at an improved rate of speed between Calcutta and Burhee , a distance of 246 miles , and recommends the convenyance of the Mails in a similar way by an Establishment between Burhee and Benares a distance of 176 miles.
