From Board - Report that on Messers Montgomery & Company commencing the repairs sanctioned 16th August last to the Bark Brougham further repair was found to be necessary. But will engage to execute the whole for 16000 Rs. Submit the Surveyors explanation why the Vessel was not at first sufficiently recommends that the Brougham be sold and her place supplied byt he Sophia. The Surveyor recommends the Hattrass or Asseerghur. Think that the Vessel should be sold and a new one built in her stead.
