From Commissioner Aracan - Is informed that the Brougham is to be sold and requests that some Vessel may be substituted as the Flora requires much repair and is not fit for the Coast Service. Suggests that a New Schooner be built for the Aracan Service. States that on board the Brougham are six Brass 6 Pounders which he requests may be sent back to Aracan, and glazed Cabin Windows his own private property.
