Secretary - In reply to letter dated 22nd October last approves of the suggestion made by the Post Master General of Bombay for regulating in future the transmission by Express of private letters received by the overland Mail from Europe and the levy of postage thereon the Subject - The privilege of Posting letters from Bombay for Calcutta by the overland Express disallowed.
