To Secretary - Transmits Copy of Courts Dispatch No. 13 of 1846 relative to the delay that had occurred in the transmission of certain dispatches addressed to the Government of Mauritius which has been forwarded by the overland Mail and requests that enquiries might be made into the Caueses of the delay.
