Chief Secretary - In reply to letter to 24th Ultimo states that no statistical Reports has been received by the Government with the exeeption of the one previonsly transmitted, and a Geographical and statistical memoir of a Survey of the Neilgherries by Captain Ochter long of the Engineers a feir copies of which will be forwarded as soon as printed.
