Resolution - with reference to extract from the Foregn Department dated 4th August last forwards the foregoing with the Request that the Civil Authorities at Hoshurgabad may be authorized to dessay the cost of procuring and forwarding thespecimens of timber required by Major Baker and a station of such expences forwarded to Major Baker for adjustment.
