From Board - Captain Harington the Officiating Master Attendant expresses dissatisfaction at the extent of the duties allotted to him by the Officiating Master Attendant and objects to Mr. Branch Pilot Sinclair designating himself in Public Documents as an Assistant to the Master Attendant. Think Captain H. Complains without sufficient grounds and Mr. Chester is of Opinion that the harmony of the Master Attendants Department would be greatly promoted if Mr. Sinclair were remanded to his immediate duties in the Pilot Service.
