To Board - In reply to letters of 13th & 16th Instant. Forwarding representations from Captain Harington Officiating Deputy Master Attendant. States that Government is not disposal to interfere with the internal Management of the Master Attendants Office. The Head of which is competent to regulate its business in the manner he thinks most conducive to the interests of the Public Service. The employment of Mr. Branch Pilot Sinclair objectionable his Services should be either confined to his own duties or the Master Attendants Office. Returns original enclosures and transmits two original letters from Captain Harington direct to this Department which should have been addressed to his own immediate Superiors the Officiating Master Attendant.
