To Post Master General - In reply. The Surplus Collections on account of Dak Bearers for 1829/30 to be divided as heretofore. The scheme of 31st August for maintaining Bungalows, to be introduced from the commencement of 1830/31 a fixed salary will be allotted to Mr. Robinson. The Post Master General to report what would be a fair increase to the allowances now enjoyed by other Deputy Post Masters, exclusive of the Surplusage Fund and who have claims to it.
