From Post Master General - Encloses a Statement of Dawk Bearers Surplusage for 1829/30 with the proposed awards to the several Post Masters entitled to share therein, with advertence to the orders of Government which determine that this is to be the last award of Surplusage. Proposes increase of Salaries to those Post Masters who are to be deprived of it.
