Secretary - In reply to leter o the 17th Ultimo intimates that a reference regarding the psot Office Establishment has ben made to the Post Master General North West Proviences whose reply will be communicated when received and tha the question of removing the Insane hospital from Bareilly is now pending before the Government the restult of which will be reported.
