Under Secretary - Submits correspondence relative to the levy of postage or covers containing Salary Bills or pay abstract originating in a reference from the Madras Government which is of opinion that such papers should pass free and enquires the practice in Bengal in Similar cases - The Calcutta Post Master General states that through such documents are allowed to pass free the practice as cmtrary to the 59 Sec. of the Post Master Regulation.
