To Secretary - Conveying the resolution of Government for Consolidating the allowances of the private Secretary to the governor to 1500 Rupees per mensem and the Miltiary Secretary to 1000 Rs. Per Mensem, which is to include all extra allowances whatever, Such as Military pay House rent etc. a reduction equal to this expenditure is to be made from the sum heretifore Sanctioned for Establishment and contingent charges.
