From Secretary - States that the attention of the Committee has lately been drawn to the Bhaugulpore School an Institution for the instruction of the Hill Youth, which is not productive of any advantages commensorate with the monthly charge of 300 Rupees. Suggests on the part of the Committee that an efficient School might be instituted in the Town of Bhaugulpore for the youth of that place and its security on the model of those lately established with much success at other Provincial Towns for the above monthly charge.
