Extract Financial Department - Sanctions the entertainment by the Inspector of Schools in Behar at an aggregate cost of 240 Rs. per mensem of two supernumerary Vernacular Teachers on Rs. 25 & 15 per month respectively in each of the Districts of Chuppra, Shahabad, Patna Behar, Monghyr & Bhaugulpore , for the purpose of assisting the Teachers of the Government & other Model & Indigenous Schools existing therein and instructing them in the art of teaching and organizing their schools efficiently.
