In Cont. of Resolution of the 18th January last regarding the Examination of Uncood Officers forwards to the Foreign Department a copy of Court Despatch No. 90 of 1856 dated 3rd September on the subject and intimates that the information referred to in the last para of the Despatch has been called for from the local Government and will be furnished to that Department hereafter.
