Secretary Bengal - With reference to letter of the 16th June last to the Superintendant of Stamps forwards copy of papers in which the Board of Revenue at the suggestion of the accountant to the Bengal Government solicit that the Superintendant of stamps may be authorized to write off in his accounts the value of the missing Postage Stamps referred to in the enclosed papers.
