To Chief Secretary With reference to the Abstract of Proceeding of the Government of Fort George in the Public Department, dated Neilgheries, Ootacamund, the 14 Ultimo No.74,relating to Children found on board a Vessel, at Vizagapatam who had been stolen for the purpuse of being sold as slaves at the Mauritius and the discovery of other Children at Bimlipatam in the houses of Choliahs, requesting that the information called for by that Government from the Collector of Vizgagapatam be reported to the Government of India as soon as recieved.
