From Secretary - With reference to Mr. Curries letter dated 10th August 1839 transmits copy of a letter from the Post Master General proposing to plance the managemetn of Dak Travelling in the N. W. Provinces under the entire Superintendence of the Post Office Dapartment subject to the authority of Government.
