From Secretary - In reply to letter dated the 15th Ultimo states that the Flying Bridge on the river Seema being employed for the general transit of travellers, the charge on account of its erection is not considered as appertaining to the Post Office Depastmetn but is brought to account as a general cahrge thates also that a scale of tolls has been established at this Bridge on which that Government will report here ofter.
