Regarding dispensaries in Bombay communicated in No. 276, dated the 28th ultimo, from the Financial Department, and to request that, if the calculations therein made are correct, the suggestion (in paragraph 3) that contributions from the inhabitants of towns which posses dispensaries should be fixed by some definite rule may be acted upon.
