Observes that, in the case under notice, these seemed abundant evidence to show that the Managers of the Indigo Factories on the Durbhunga Estate occupied a false position towards the ryots of the villages they hold in farm, and therefore the advice to the Planters to view the subject in a broad and conciliatory spirit seemed to the Lieutenant-Governor to be not inappropriate or uncalled for.
