From Secretary - With refernece to his letter dated the 18th March last forwards copy of a communication from the Military Board and of his reply thereto relative to the sums sanctioned by the Bombay Government for the excavation ofthe Channel between the river Taplee and the Bheempore Creek and the construction of the Floating Breakwater at Surat.
