To Officiating Post Master General -Sanctioning the increased allowance to be granted retrospectively from 1st May last & stating that in future the weight of the Mails will be carefully taken daily by the Post Master at Nagpore and a Monthly contiugnet Bill for the extra allowance be forwarded by him to the General Post Office for examination and audit.
