From Officiating Post Master General - Submits correspondnece with the Post Master at Nagpore and recommends in modification of the bontract entered into with Premsooh Doss for the conveyance of Mail, Packets, Expresses and Bonghies both Public and Private from Nagpore to Raepore and vice uerra that an increased allowance at the rate of 4 rupees per seer be granted to that Individual for all excess weight above one etc half manuds on the Mail from Bombay to Calcutta and above one maund on the Mails from Calcutta to Bombay.
