From Secretary - With refernece to Orders of the 16th September last forwares copy of a letter from the Adjutant Generl of the Army with a list of all the Classes of Public Servants in the Military and Medical Service of that Presidnecy who enyoy exemption from Postage under Rule 51 of the Post Office Requlations.
